Derek Kuhr (He/Him)

Derek Kuhr is an accomplished technology and customer success leader with extensive experience in healthcare interoperability and IT infrastructure. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Cuemby, a global AI-powered SaaS platform startup, Derek is instrumental in developing a patent-pending integrated professional services and customer success strategy. Previously, as Director of Integrations at CyncHealth, Derek led efforts in healthcare interoperability for Iowa and Nebraska, while also assuming multiple roles in IT leadership, including Director of IT and Integration Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Technology Systems Architect at Think Whole Person Healthcare Aksarben and various positions at Heartland Technology Solutions, where Derek focused on process improvement, operational standards, and service delivery enhancements. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.
