Prior to Cuesta, Holt held leadership roles in enterprise data warehousing and quality-of-care analytics specific to the healthcare industry. He has led application engineering, data operations, product and project management teams, partnering with businesses to deliver on priorities through proper roadmaps. Holt held progressive leadership roles in technology consulting at Accenture, and in technology delivery at TransUnion Healthcare, Altegra Health and Change Healthcare.

A conscientious and pragmatic leader, Holt works to avoid bias in decision making, leaning on behavioral economics and psychology. He loves using simple mechanisms to ensure teams are aligned and efficient, and visualization practices that tell compelling and accurate stories.
