Pedro Hasse-Ferreira

Pedro Hasse-Ferreira is a seasoned professional in human resources with significant experience in project management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Human Resources Project Manager at CUF - Hospitais e Clínicas since October 2019, Pedro has led various projects focused on process review and digital transformation, onboarding, employee value proposition, work-life balance, and diversity and inclusion. Additionally, Pedro holds the position of University Professor at ISPA since September 2018, and previously contributed as a Human Resources Assistant at Brisa, supporting HR business partners and managing social responsibility projects. Pedro has also completed internships and held coordination roles in communication and organizational climate management. Academically, Pedro possesses a Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology and has pursued further education in digital transformation, project management, and personality assessment.
