Marta Cuesta López

Marta Cuesta López is a Co-Founder and Human Resources Director at Cuideo ® since 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Co-fundadora at Masvita since 2020. From 2014 to 2020, they were a Co-fundadora and responsible for the Human Resources Department at FelizVita-Asistencia y Actividades. At FelizVita, they developed and implemented a work methodology to understand the user's needs, select the optimal personnel based on the user's personal circumstances, and verify that the service was being developed in the best way possible.

Marta Cuesta López completed a Bachelor's degree in Biosanitary from Centro Educativo Zola Villafranca del Castillo in 2008. Marta then attended C.E.S. Don Bosco, Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2011 to 2013, earning a Licentiate degree in Psicopedagogy. In 2010, they attended Free University of Bozen-Bolzano to pursue a Magisterio Educación Infantil. From 2013 to 2014, they attended CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros to study Fundamentos de Dirección de Recursos Humanos. Finally, in 2019, they completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School.
