Maxime Robouant

Maxime Robouant is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in prestigious kitchen roles. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Cuisine Solutions since May 2020, Maxime previously held the position of Chef de cuisine at Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit from September 2018 to April 2020. Prior culinary experiences include serving as Chef De Partie in Hot Kitchen at Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne from February 2016 to February 2018, Chef De Partie at Miramar Boutique Hotel from May 2015 to October 2015, and Commis Chef Polyvalent at Hôtel De La Paix from September 2013 to May 2015. Educational achievements include multiple degrees from Lycée professionnel Toussaint Louverture in various culinary disciplines, complemented by training at European Bartender School in Phuket, Thailand in 2018.
