Jennifer Ho has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Jennifer began their career as a Recruiter at Arizona State University. In 2005, they became a 2nd grade Teacher at Laveen Elementary School and also joined Teach For America as a Corps Member. In 2006, they began working as a 2nd grade Teacher at M.C. Cash Elementary School. In 2007, they were an Assistant, Sales & Operations Managers of NW District at BBVA Compass. In 2010, they were promoted to Manager, Public Partnerships at Teach For America and then to Director, Institute Operations in 2016. Most recently, they have been a Neighborhood Services & Operations Lead and People & Operations at Culdesac since 2019.
Jennifer Ho obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing from Arizona State University in 2004. In December 2019, they earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
