Hillary Slatton is an experienced catering and conference services professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Catering Sales Manager at CULINAIRE since September 2021, Slatton has previously held positions including Conference Services Manager at Le Méridien Dallas, Conference Services & Catering Sales Manager at Aimbridge Hospitality, Director of Catering at Lorenzo Hotel, and Conference Services & Catering Sales Manager at Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront. Slatton's career began as a Sales Coordinator at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. An alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin, Slatton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations.
