Karen Strittmatter

Karen Strittmatter has extensive experience in both sports coaching and food service management. Currently serving as the Assistant Softball Coach at East Stroudsburg University since March 2016, Karen previously held the position of Head Softball Coach at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia from 2012 to 2014 and as a College Softball Coach at Bergen Community College from 2010 to 2011. In addition to sports, Karen has been working as a Food Prep Manager at CulinArt Managed Dining Services since September 2014. Earlier career roles include ownership of Wilkes Delicatessen from 1985 to 2008 and teaching Physical Education at the Academy of the Most Blessed Sacrament from 2004 to 2006. Karen's educational background includes a BS in Computer Science and a BS in Computer and Information Science from Seton Hall University, along with an AS in Business Retail Management from Bergen Community College.
