Jay Takefman

Jay Takefman currently serves as Co-Head of Tactical Investments and Portfolio Manager at Beach Point Capital Management, a global investment firm specializing in credit strategies. Since July 2024, Takefman has also held multiple board member positions at companies including Brightmore Brands, a utilities services business, Eurofase Lighting, American Franchise Capital, and Metro Franchising, the largest Dunkin' Donuts franchisee in the NYC metro area. Additionally, Takefman was a board member and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Exer Urgent Care until July 2024. Other notable roles include a fellowship at The Culinary Institute of America and a previous board position at Luke's Lobster. Takefman earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1994 to 1998.
