Rachel Wyman is an accomplished baking and pastry professional with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as Lecturing Faculty in Baking & Pastry at The Culinary Institute of America since May 2023, Rachel has also been the CEO and Head Baker at Rabble Rise Doughnuts since 2012, where expertise includes managing a team of 40 and fostering a culturally fit work environment. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Montclair Bread, LLC, and Research & Development Manager at Tribeca Oven Inc., where Rachel led product development initiatives and showcased products at trade events. With a solid educational foundation that includes an AOS in Baking & Pastry from The Culinary Institute of America and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, Rachel combines culinary skills with business acumen gained through diverse positions held across various bakeries and food markets.
