Dominique Thomas

Dominique Thomas has a diverse work experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Starting in 2012, Dominique worked as a sous chef at Crowne Plaza Hotel. In 2013, Dominique joined Bob Evans as an Assistant Manager and later was promoted to Assistant General Manager, focusing on sales, marketing, staff management, and guest satisfaction. In 2015, Dominique became the Food and Beverage Director at Hilton Garden Inn, overseeing dining operations and banquet planning. From 2016 to 2017, Dominique worked as a General Manager at Bob Evans Farms, managing daily operations and volunteering for corporate recipe testing and marketing. From 2017 to 2019, Dominique served as a General Manager at First Watch Restaurants, aligning operations with the company's culture and increasing profitability. Currently, Dominique is the Food Service Director at Culinary Services Group, where they have revitalized client relations, developed a new team, and secured new business through client referrals.
