Paola Herrera Hernández

Paola Herrera is a seasoned professional in telecommunications and regulatory analysis with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst for the Americas at Cullen International since March 2024, Paola is responsible for analyzing telecommunications and spectrum regulations while providing client solutions. Previously, Paola held a Senior Consultant position at Autonomo, where responsibilities included guiding the South-South cooperation agreement between Colombia and South Africa and producing a technical report for DirecTV. Paola also led technological governance initiatives at the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) and provided strategic advisory at the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC). Previous roles include senior consultancy for the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and significant leadership positions at the Agencia Nacional del Espectro.
