Aarif Aziz

Aarif Aziz is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various regions and industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Culligan International since May 2024, Aarif previously held the position of HR Head for the Europe Region at Diageo from April 2022 to May 2024, where a global HR transformation was also spearheaded. Prior roles include CHRO at DIAGEO India, Global HR Head at GE Gas Power Systems, and significant HR leadership positions within GE, including managing human resources for healthcare, engineering, and technology sectors in emerging markets. Aarif holds a PGDM in HR & Marketing from Symbiosis Center for Management & HRD and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Engineering College Kota.
