Andy Anderson

Andy Anderson currently serves as Vice President of Product Development at Culligan International, focusing on consumer water treatment and filtration systems. In addition, Andy is a Mentor and Advisor at Capital Factory, offering guidance on technology and product development strategies. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Synapse Product Development, where Andy directed the Industrial and Agricultural Business and led client services, and at Arryve, managing consulting teams and client relationships. With earlier positions at Korry Electronics, PACCAR, and GS2, Andy has extensive expertise in project management, supply chain development, and product management. Andy holds an MBA from Seattle University and a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Washington.
