Glen Barfknecht is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement across various industries. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Epredia, where Glen drove key performance improvements and quality standards for cancer diagnostic products, and Director of Global Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation during Epredia's acquisition by PHC Group. Previous positions also include leadership roles at Mayo Clinic, Apogee Enterprises, Pentair, Reviva, and Progress Rail, where Glen implemented lean strategies and quality initiatives.
