Tamara Lanciloti has a strong background in customer support and operations management. Tamara began their career at RR Donnelley in 2007 as the Midwest Operations Manager, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Videojet as the Service Scheduling Manager, and then moved on to FleetPride in 2017. At FleetPride, Tamara held several roles, including Manager of National Accounts Operations and Customer Care, Director of National Accounts Operations and Customer Care, and Director of Customer Support. Most recently, they joined Culligan International in 2024 as the Director of Customer Service. Overall, Tamara has over 17 years of experience in various leadership positions in customer service and operations.
Tamara Lanciloti holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a certification in "Communicating with Executives" from LinkedIn, achieved in the year 2023.
