Culmen International
Charles Preston serves as a Senior Peacekeeping Advisor for Culmen International, focusing on the US Global Peace Operations Initiative in Senegal. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Defense Official and Defense Attaché at the United States Department of Defense, where leadership was provided to Attaché and Security Cooperation Offices. Within the United States Marine Corps, Charles acted as an Attaché for West Africa, advising US Ambassadors on regional security threats. Additional positions include serving as Chief of Joint Force Headquarters Exercises at United States Africa Command and supervisory roles during combat operations. Charles holds a BA in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and a Master's in Public and International Affairs from Virginia Tech, along with additional military education.
