Mahika Hart

Mahika Hart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in functional analysis and refugee processing, currently serving as a Senior Functional Analyst at Culmen International since March 2023. Prior roles include working as a Consular Associate and Refugee Program Assistant at the U.S. Department of State. Mahika's career began with international organizations, including a consultancy at IOM - UN Migration and a Postgraduate Law Fellowship at DIFC Courts. Additional legal experience includes a Legal Extern position at the U.S. Department of Justice and various associate roles in prominent law firms such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Ballard Spahr LLP.
