Pablo Méndez Rodríguez

Pablo Méndez Rodríguez has extensive work experience in the real estate industry, starting with positions at Confortel Hoteles as the Responsible for the Quality Department and at Agruplan as an Analyst. Pablo then moved on to McGill Consulting, where they served as the Responsible for managing and developing real estate promotions. Later, they joined Aguirre Newman, taking on roles such as Senior Consultant in the Investment Division, Director of the Madrid Land Department, and Director of the Investment Division. Méndez Rodríguez also worked as a Professor of Real Estate at IE Business School. Most recently, they joined Savills Aguirre Newman as the Executive Director of the Residential & Alternative Division and then became the Director of Investments in Madrid. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Investments (CIO) at Culmia.

Pablo Méndez Rodríguez pursued their Licenciatura degree in Economics from 1992 to 1997 at Universidad CEU San Pablo. Following this, they enrolled at the same institution and completed a Master's degree in Calidad from 1997 to 1998.
