Rachel Marquardt

Rachel Marquardt is an experienced professional in the textile industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Quality at Culp Home Fashions since April 2023. Previously, Rachel held roles such as Director of Quality at Precision Fabrics Group and Corporate Vice President of Quality and Supply Chain at Decorative Fabrics of America. Rachel's career began in quality assurance management at various companies, including Culp Home Fashions, Alexander Fabrics, and Glen Raven, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance, internal control, and process improvement. Rachel holds an MS in Textile Technology from the Institute of Textile Technology, a BS in Textile Chemistry from NC State University, an MBA from Elon University, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
