Michelle Metzgar

Michelle Metzgar has over 25 years of work experience, with a focus in education and human resources. Michelle started their career at Wheatland Tube as a Human Resources professional and transitioned to teaching at Culpeper County Public Schools. After teaching for several years, Michelle became an Assistant Principal at Emerald Hill Elementary. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at Culpeper County Public Schools, where they currently work.

Michelle Metzgar obtained a Licensure Endorsement in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from George Mason University, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. In addition, they attained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Saint Francis University, although the specific years of completion are not available. Prior to this, Michelle Metzgar achieved a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Westminster College (PA), but the exact timeframe is unknown.
