Luis Felipe de los Heros E. has extensive experience in the field of user experience and service design. Luis Felipe started their career in 2006 as an Account Executive at Mayo Publicidad Perú, where they worked with clients such as Grupo BBVA and Backus SABMiller. Luis Felipe then moved on to Ogilvy & Mather as an Account Supervisor, leading campaigns for brands like LG Electronics, KFC, and Burger King.

In 2014, Luis became the Head of Planning at Geometry Global, where they were responsible for communication strategies for campaigns in multiple countries. Luis Felipe also won several pitches for new business, showcasing their leadership abilities. Later that year, they joined Circus Grey as an Account Supervisor.

Luis then transitioned into the field of UX and service design, joining Continuum HQ in 2017 as a Senior Consultant. Luis Felipe worked with multifunctional teams to improve user experience in banking and insurance industries. In 2018, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor and Academic Staff Mentor at UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología, where they shared their knowledge with students.

In 2019, Luis joined Globant as a Senior User Experience & Service Designer, where they worked on digital transformation projects for local and international corporations. Luis Felipe also worked as a Design Lead for UTP's new mobile app for students. In the same year, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor at ISIL Aprende Haciendo.

Most recently, Luis joined Culqi in 2020 as the Head of Experience Design, founding the Design Team and leading various core areas such as service design, UX, and UI for the company's products and platforms. Luis Felipe also successfully launched seven new products.

Luis Felipe de los Heros E. began their education at the Instituto Peruano de Publicidad from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Advertising. In 2009, they attended Universidad del Salvador for a brief period to further their studies in Advertising. Prior to that, they attended Colegio Santa María Marianistas from 1993 to 2000, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.

In addition to their formal education, Luis Felipe de los Heros E. has also obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they completed a course in Human-Centered Service Design at IDEO U.
