Gosia Kadaster (Kielar)

Gosia (Kielar) Kadaster has extensive work experience in planning and merchandising roles in the fashion industry. Gosia is currently working as the Senior Director of Planning & Merchandising at CULT GAIA since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Planning at Giorgio Armani from June 2021 to January 2022. Gosia also worked as a Senior Manager in Planning at Giorgio Armani from December 2019 to June 2021.

Before joining Giorgio Armani, Gosia worked at Gap, where they held various planning roles. Gosia was a Planning Manager for Gap International Strategic Alliances - Middle East, Asia & Online from March 2019 to December 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Planner for Gap International Strategic Alliances - Middle East from March 2018 to March 2019. Gosia'searlier role at Gap was as a Regional Planner for Gap International Strategic Alliances from July 2016 to March 2018.

Gosia's career began at Intermountain Books, where they worked as a Merchandising Associate from August 2009 to June 2012. Gosia then joined Akris as a Retail Planner from September 2012 to April 2015. Following this, they worked as a Retail Planner at Ermenegildo Zegna Group from April 2015 to July 2016.

Additionally, Gosia gained experience as a Merchandising Intern at Giorgio Armani from June 2012 to September 2012 and as a Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch from August 2006 to December 2008.

Gosia (Kielar) Kadaster completed their Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing and Management from The Art Institutes between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Science degree in Management and International Production Engineering from the University of Science and Technology between 2001 and 2003.
