Sarah Reiter

Sarah Reiter has an extensive work experience in the agricultural and food technology industries. Sarah currently serves as the SVP of Business Development at BioConsortia, Inc. and as a Board Director at Cultiva LLC. Additionally, they have their own boutique strategic advisory service called Sarah Reiter Advisory, where they specialize in marketing, business development, and M&A for ag-tech and food-tech companies.

Prior to their current roles, Sarah was the Chief Business Officer at Calyxt, where they oversaw commercial strategy, product portfolio strategy, marketing, communications, sales, licensing, and supply chain. Sarah also launched a novel synthetic biology division and secured technology partnerships valued at over $400 million.

Sarah has also held leadership positions at Arcadia Biosciences, STK bio-ag technologies, Bayer Crop Science, AgraQuest, Inc., and Syngenta Crop Protection. These roles involved responsibilities such as leading commercial strategy, M&A, product portfolio strategy, marketing, communications, supply chain, and sales. Sarah's accomplishments include transitioning a company from B2B to grower and consumer product sales, launching new products, and driving sales growth.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, market launches, M&A, and building partnerships.

Sarah Reiter's education history includes attending Harvard Business School for an AgriBusiness Seminar, where they studied Agricultural Business and Management. Sarah also pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Business Administration at Villanova University. Additionally, Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Biology/English from the University of California, Davis.
