Jeremy Round

Jeremy Round is an accomplished entrepreneur and senior advisor with extensive experience in leading teams and growing businesses. As the People Team Lead and Partner at Cultivate Advisors since July 2019, Jeremy focuses on enhancing organizational culture and experience. In addition, Jeremy serves as a Fractional HR Lead at Breakwater Accounting + Advisory Corp and is a Co-Founder and Executive Advisor at Integrity Treatment Programs. Previous roles include co-ownership of Maid in the USA, ownership and operation of Gather, and substantial leadership positions at Five Nine Capital and Yahoo, including key responsibilities in HR integration and operations. Jeremy's entrepreneurial background also includes founding Round Records and holding leadership roles at Bain & Company. Jeremy holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BS in Film/Media from Northwestern University.
