Justin Jacquat is a seasoned professional in the fields of cocoa management and investment, currently serving as the Regional Cocoa Manager for Puratos Grand-Place Indochina since November 2023. Justin is also an active early-stage investor in various companies, committed to supporting founders focused on sustainable innovations. Previously, Justin was the Regional Sourcing Lead for General Mills, leading strategic procurement for commodities and ingredients across Europe and Australasia until November 2023. With advanced degrees in Procurement & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University and Business Administration from HEIG-VD, alongside various international experiences, Justin combines extensive industry knowledge with a strong commitment to fostering sustainable and innovative business practices.
