Ximena Reyes

Ximena Reyes is an experienced DE&I leadership trainer currently working at The Kaleidoscope Group since May 2023. With a long tenure at Cartus since 2007 as part of the Training Consultant Network, Ximena specializes in cultural awareness, cross-cultural communication, and global leadership, also offering youth training and repatriation programs. Ximena's role as an intercultural trainer spans multiple organizations including SIRVA Global Relocation, Well Come Expats, Learnlight, Learnship, Crown Relocations, and Cultural Awareness International, Inc., focusing on international assignments and cultural training. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Intercultural Consultant at City Compass Group, where Ximena contributed to customized onboarding workshops for individuals relocating to Romania. Ximena's educational background includes training in cross-cultural competence from The Interchange Institute and a degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Malmö University, alongside other qualifications related to coaching and communication.
