Rasha Kutty

Rasha Kutty is a highly experienced professional and founder specializing in empathy and leadership development. Currently serving as the Founder and Empathy Workshops Facilitator at The Empathy University since August 2016, Rasha directs certification programs such as the "Certified Empathic Professional®" and offers customized workshops aimed at enhancing workplace culture and employee well-being. Rasha co-founded Origins Consulting Group in June 2023, focusing on organizational culture and inclusion, and also serves as a Certified Empathic Intervision Facilitator with Empathic Intervision. Previous roles include facilitating training workshops at LuLu International Exchange and working as a Creative Strategist at Yahoo. Rasha holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, with a foundational background in Mathematics.
