Alejandro Alvarez

Alejandro (Alex) Alvarez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee experience. Currently serving as Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp since June 2021, earlier roles include Senior People Scientist at the same company, Senior Professional Services Consultant at Questback, and various positions at IBM from October 2010 to October 2018, including Senior Consultant for Talent Management Solutions and Senior Project Manager for IBM Smarter Workforce Solutions. Prior experience also includes a role as Human Resource Analyst at Ossandon Consultancy. Alejandro holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Valparaiso.
