Cassandra Tam

Cassandra (Cass) Tam is a Senior Software Engineer at Culture Amp, specializing in the Kaizen design system since January 2022. Previously, Cassandra held the position of Experience Engineer at ANZ for a brief period in late 2021, and worked as a Software Engineer and Junior Developer at EstimateOne from March 2019 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Web Developer and Web Assistant at Mental Health First Aid Australia from May 2017 to February 2019, as well as a position as a Dispensary Technician at Slade Pharmacy from October 2014 to September 2018. Additionally, Cassandra served as a Technical Support Analyst at MediSecure for a short tenure in 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Design in Multimedia Systems from RMIT University, completed in 2013.
