Chanai Vaznonis is a seasoned professional in leadership and organizational development with extensive experience spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp since July 2022, Chanai focuses on enhancing people and culture strategies through coaching and collaboration with organizational leaders. Previous roles include Director of Staff, Leadership, and Organizational Development at UCHealth, where strategic initiatives impacted over 26,000 clinical staff, and Senior Manager at Guild Education, where Chanai led talent development efforts during a period of significant growth.
