Chloe Hamman

Chloe Hamman is an experienced professional in the field of psychology and people science. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product People Science at Culture Amp since May 2015, Chloe leads a practice of product people scientists, researchers, and data scientists to integrate behavioral science into product innovation. Previous roles include Director of People Science and Culture and Engagement Lead at Tourism Holdings Limited, where Chloe managed internal culture and employee development programs. Chloe holds a Master's Degree in I/O Psychology from Massey University and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Human Resources Management from Victoria University of Wellington.
