Daniella Loudon

Daniella Loudon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, partnerships, and market research. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Coach and UK Delivery Pod Lead at Culture Amp since November 2019, Daniella focuses on customer success-driven growth while also holding the position of Global Chair for the Women of Culture Amp Employee Resource Group, which supports the development of female employees. Prior roles include Ambassador for Future Females, Senior Partnerships Manager at Debut, and Senior Client Acquisitions Manager at Meltwater. Daniella holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial and Investment Management from Stellenbosch University.
