Jess Ng is an experienced design leader with a robust background in user experience and product design. Currently serving as the Director of Design at Culture Amp, Jess drives the vision and strategy for the Culture Amp Performance product and leads a team of designers to create high-quality user experiences. Prior experience includes roles as Design Operations Lead and Lead Product Designer at Culture Amp, as well as a Senior UX Designer at Envato, where Jess oversaw the buyer experience for major platforms. Jess's career also includes UX mentorship and design roles across various companies, beginning with freelance consulting and advancing through positions that highlight expertise in user-centered design and collaborative team culture. Jess holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Deakin University and additional qualifications in web programming.
