Fallon Parker

Fallon Parker is a seasoned professional in product design and user research, currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Ellevation Education since February 2025. Previously, Fallon held multiple roles at Buildium from August 2019 to January 2025, including Director of Product Design and Experience, UX Manager, and User Research Lead, where notable contributions included advancing research efforts and enhancing leadership skills. Prior experience includes positions as a User Researcher at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Solaria Labs, focusing on Design Thinking and Outcome Driven Innovation, as well as an Associate User Experience Specialist at The MathWorks. Fallon also has a strong academic background in psychology, holding a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University, and has contributed to various research projects during academic tenure.
