Lachlan Anastasi

Lachlan Anastasi has extensive experience in customer success and retention, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Coach at Culture Amp since July 2019, after progressing through roles including Customer Success Coach and Customer Success Associate. Prior to this, Lachlan worked as a Retention Specialist at Liberty Financial Pty Ltd from September 2016 to March 2019, contributing to the early development of a team focused on client retention. Lachlan holds a degree in Economics and Finance from RMIT University, a Diploma in Business from the Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from Deakin University, complemented by a foundational education at Beaconhills College and Caulfield Grammar.
