Liz Calderón serves as the Global Manager of Customer Education at Culture Amp since January 2023, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, performance, and development through impactful educational programs. Prior experience includes roles such as Sr. Director of Customer Education at BriteCore, where Liz was recruited to rebuild the customer education function, and Global Education Director at Showpad, where a successful virtual education strategy was implemented during the pandemic. Liz has also held key positions in companies such as Optimizely, Clari, Adobe Marketo, and Embark Corporation, consistently contributing to the development and execution of customer education strategies and enablement initiatives. Liz holds a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
