Luke Foad is an experienced sales professional currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive for EMEA at Culture Amp, starting in October 2025. Prior to this role, Luke was the Director of Sales for EMEA at meldCX, where the focus was on simplifying Vision AI and application deployment. Luke has an extensive background at Cisco Meraki, holding various managerial roles from November 2017 to February 2022, culminating in significant revenue achievements and multiple awards for outstanding performance. Earlier experience includes positions at Storm Technologies, Groupe SEB, and Facts International, along with founding the Cisco ANZ Toastmasters chapter to enhance public speaking within the team. Luke holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2015.
