Simon B. Kirk is the current Global VP of Sales Development, Solutions Consulting, and Revenue Enablement at Culture Amp. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Special Projects, Sales & Customer Success at InVision from June 2015 to May 2019. There, they ran a special projects/incubator team within the Sales + Customer Success ("Customer Facing Team"). Some of their team's projects included sales strategy and enablement work on new personas, creating frameworks and measurement to enable the CS team to protect valuable customers from churn, and piloting a new sales sub-department that turned into InVision's consulting group for organizational change.

Before InVision, Simon was an advisor at 1DocWay from May 2015 to November 2015, and the Co-Founder & Chair of the Board at RaisedBy.Us. Simon was also the Director of Business Development at Two Toasters from May 2012 to April 2015.

Simon B. Kirk received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Simon then went on to study American Government and Politics (United States) at the University of Sussex. Lastly, they attended The King Alfred School.
