Tanya Windscheffel

Tanya Windscheffel is a Director of Engineering at Culture Amp. Tanya has over 15 years experience in leadership and software delivery roles. Tanya has a proven track record in building and launching new products, increasing employee engagement and improving retention. Tanya is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and has created programs to support women in leadership and technical roles.

Tanya Windscheffel has a Diploma of Business Management from RMIT University and is a CSM Certified Scrum Master from Thomsett International. Tanya has also taken courses in Persuasive Presenting and Media Training.
