Yunfei Ouyang

Yunfei Ouyang is a Senior Data Scientist at Culture Amp since October 2018, focusing on prototyping and testing data products to support learning and development objectives, and conducting thought leadership research on equitable performance, attrition, and talent. Prior experience includes an internship in Industry Analytics and Insights at Westpac Institutional Bank, and serving as a PAL mentor in mathematics at The Australian National University, where Yunfei also studied from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and a Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences. Additional experience includes a position as a Maritime Transport Analyst at the Department of Infrastructure, Regional Development and Cities. Educational background includes studies at the University of Nottingham and completion of the Year 12 Certificate at Narrabundah College.
