Cayley Hoyer

Cayley Hoyer has over seven years of experience in the biotechnology industry. In 2022, they began working as a BioProcess Alliance Manager at Culture Biosciences. Prior to this, they worked as a Bioprocess Associate IV at Pfizer from 2020-2022. During their time at Pfizer, they worked in a fast paced start up environment on the DMD Gene Therapy project and cross trained and provided upstream operational support at the clinical site. From 2019-2020, they worked as a Cell Culture Technician at Genentech, where they implemented the ambr250 for CHO processes, executed experiments, performed troubleshooting, and managed the integration of the FLEX2 with the ambr250. From 2017-2019, they worked as a Data Processor at Cocamar, LLC. Before that, they worked as a Research Intern at Effimed Research LLC from 2015-2017, where they researched human addictions and the receptors in the brain associated with them.

Cayley Hoyer attended Syracuse University from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General in 2018 and a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management in 2017.
