Wayne Evans

Wayne Evans has over 35 years of experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of People at Culture Biosciences, starting in 2023. Prior to that, Wayne was the Head of People at TwinStrand Biosciences from 2021 to 2023, where they led HR initiatives to support the company's growth and innovation. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Advarra, where they focused on improving culture, employee engagement, and staffing optimization. Wayne also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Quorum Review and MicroVision, Vice President of Human Resources at Advanced Digital Information Corporation, and Director of Strategy and Product Manager at CyberSafe.
