Dnechelle, LLC Pascol is an accomplished professional in the dance and fitness industry, currently serving as the owner of Diamond in the Rough Dance Academy since April 2019. In addition to this role, Dnechelle works as an independent contractor with H2K Happy Healthy Kids and has been a Hip Hop Instructor and Leadership Developer at Fort Bend ISD since February 2019. Dnechelle also instructs Hip Hop fitness classes at Culture of Fit and teaches at Starlight Studios Performing Arts and Artist in Motion. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Octapharma Plasma, Inc. and AdvoCare, as well as instructing CPR at ProMedica and teaching beginners' hip hop at Dance Expressions. Dnechelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Defiance College, obtained in 2015.
