Sonya Sego

Sonya Sego is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in group fitness instruction and wellness entrepreneurship. As the owner and instructor at Sonya Lacy Wellness LLC since February 2012, Sonya has developed and taught group fitness classes, recently introducing a virtual fitness training program for beginners. Additionally, Sonya has served as a Diamond Ambassador for Plexus Worldwide, Inc. since October 2013 and owns Belly Charms - Basically Beachy, a custom graphic apparel and jewelry shop since 2007. Other notable roles include group fitness instructor positions at multiple fitness organizations, including Culture Of Fit and LA Fitness, where responsibilities included program management and class instruction. Educationally, Sonya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Small Company Management from The University of Alabama.
