Milin Y. Shah has held various leadership positions in the licensing and legal industries. Milin Y. started their career in 2009 as the Vice President of Global Licensing at Bradford Licensing LLC, where they were responsible for overseeing licensing operations on a global scale. In 2011, they joined Earthbound LLC as a Senior Manager, focusing on licensing strategies and partnerships. Milin then moved on to Tagliente & Shah LLC in 2016, where they served as a Partner, utilizing their expertise in law and licensing. In 2015, Milin assumed the role of Chief Revenue Officer & General Counsel at both Isaac Morris Ltd and CultureFly LLC, where they played a vital role in revenue generation and legal affairs. Additionally, they joined Licensing International in 2021 as a Member of the Board of Directors, further contributing to the licensing industry's development and growth.

Milin Y. Shah completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in American Government & Business from Drew University between the years 2005 and 2009. In 2008, during their time at Drew University, they participated in the Washington Semester Program at American University, where they focused on American Politics. Later, they attended Seton Hall University School of Law from 2011 to 2015, earning their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a concentration in Entertainment & Intellectual Property Law.
