Lynne Chepkelyo is a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager with expertise in sales, purchasing, inventory control, customer service, corporate sales, and tendering. With a background in hotel and hospitality management, business administration, and an MBA, Lynne has excelled in optimizing processes, driving revenue growth, and providing exceptional customer service. Currently working as a People Operations Intern, Lynne is responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new hires, as well as conducting research on modern Talent Management/HR practices.
