Feyisso Sekeko

Feyisso Sekeko is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and system migration. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Awash International Bank since August 2021, Feyisso has been instrumental in migrating legacy systems and developing critical banking software, including IFRS16 Accounting solutions and intra-bank transfer integrations. In addition to current responsibilities at Awash International Bank, Feyisso is also a Backend Java Engineer at Cultuzz Digital Media GmbH, focusing on migrating APIs to Java and implementing security measures. Previous roles include software engineering positions at Dr. Senait Dental Clinic and Dr. Amanuel Primary Hospital, where Feyisso developed various reporting and scheduling systems, as well as full-stack development at Nile Source Ethiopia technology, contributing to tax systems and tourism technology infrastructure. Feyisso holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Haramaya University, completed in 2017.
