Tricia Dukes

Tricia Dukes is director of human resources for Cumberland Group, where she defines and oversees hiring and employment policy, benefits, and payroll. Dukes comes to this role from Abacus Solutions, where she served in the same capacity during the company’s greatest period of growth and hiring expansion. She joined Abacus from CDE Services, a distributor for point of service equipment. Dukes is a member of Society of Human Resources Management and earned her bachelor’s of science degree in Christian education from Lee University in Cleveland, Tenn.
