Lindsey Hicks

Lindsey Hicks, a Quality Management Analyst, has been working in the addiction treatment field since 2014. Prior to her current role, Lindsey held several different positions at Cumberland Heights including Clinical Associate, Case Manager, and Staff Development Coordinator. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Colorado State University and is a current master’s student in forensic psychology. Lindsey says the most rewarding part of her job is helping patients, family members, and staff with concerns and ensuring the quality of care the staff members provide.
